I don't know who said that line that particular time but it's a takeoff
from the the Movie "Apocalypse Now" and the line uttered by Lt Col
Kilgore, as played by Robert Duvall, - "I love the smell of Napalm in
the morning". Variations on this line have been uttered for just about
everything. Another memorable line from the movie, and there are many,
is "Charlie Don't Surf" - when a group of soldiers essentially go
surfing in the middle of a battle.
