Murray,
If you regard the brazilian WPPD submissions you can see that most of
them come from workshops, probably organized by social workers to keep
kids out of the crime scene. I don't believe that digital would be of
help here.
Another point: I -as one of the six WPPD coordinators- was the only one
to vote against the use of digital cameras for WPPD, but the others
overruled me. I'm not speaking for the coordination team now but for my
own: DEAD ON DIGITAL !!!!!
