OK, I did that, and got f/199, just like the Pinhole Designer software
said. Wonder why the Holga Mod guy says it's f/215?

About the fuzziness: I have another pinhole camera that makes pretty
sharp images. I thought that if the pinhole was the optimal size for
the focal length, you were supposed to get relatively sharp images,
compared to images where the pinhole is not optimal. (Sharp for a
pinhole camera that is.)
