Chris is the best one to answer this question, but if I remember correctly, a
pinhole will sweep out a 120 degree field. This means that you will need to
overlap the two with this in mind. Perhaps the best plan might be to make a
guess at 100 degrees (or whatever other number you wish) and make the camera
from foam core. That will allow you to try different things until you find
what works best for you.
