Actually, it doesn't. Not that I'm sure my idea will work, mind you.
What I think might be easier would be to wind the whole roll of film
onto a spool then as you take each picture, you wind film back into
the canister. The tension could be a problem, but no more so than an
old Holga, I expect. But then I don't know if it will work until I
try it.

I have a Populist half-made, not sure if I'll get it done for
tomorrow or not. Nice plans.
