Wrong link to Populist instructions

For any of you who may have looked at the instructions for my camera
design, The Populist, I just discovered that the link still led to a
preliminary version I had posted for feedback. The link now leads to
the final, hopefully improved, version at http://idea.uwosh.edu/nick/
