re: New Pinhole Camera Decision...

I have the Zero 4x5 and it's a blast to work with.
The pinhole images are very crisp. I have three
sections, and have found that I do most of my
shooting with just two of them. The only downside
I've found is that if I'm using it anyplace where
there are people around, they come over and start
asking questions about the camera, distracting.
Other pinhole cameras I've had, it didn't happen.

I use both preload 4x5, and a 6x9 graflex roll
film back.

I have a serious case of lensless lust for the 612F.

Subject: [pinhole-discussion] New Pinhole Camera
Decision...
Date: Thu, December 28, 2006, 17:51:00

Hello list,
I'm intending on buying a new pinhole camera
and can't decide on what
to get. My Olpe cardboard 6"x9" is falling to bits
and my home made 10"x8"
takes too long to take shots with (~15 minutes to
load, shoot and an unload).

I like the idea of buying a nice wooden 10"x8" as
I can use the negs to
contact print and do alternative processes with.
However, I've coveted a
Zero Image 5"x4" ever since I first saw it on line.

Anyone got any suggestions on pinhole cameras to
buy...?

Cheers,

--
Bob
