Ack, beautiful weather here in "now with 20% less toxic waste" New
Jersey. I mean stunning, people walking around looking at the sky like
moles emerging from the ground with wonder weather. But I had a hideous
convergence of my non-photographic life that pays the bills, and my
family requirements. Big client deadline tomorrow. I am falling so
short on my plan to have some absurdly wealthy person adopt me so I can
do all the pinhole ideas I have in my head.

It is easier to thread a camel through a pinhole than have the time to
make the images you've had in your head for weeks. No, for months.

Honestly, what I love about Pinhole Day is less my own making of images,
but seeing the range of creativity that pulses around the planet. As I
integrate back into a family evening after only two hours of shooting
time, I find that I'm really not that anxious about my own lack of time
to shoot, as long as everyone else is shooting like mad. I have days of
enjoyment clicking through the uploads.

I am so psyched at the posts cascading across the site. Difficult
light, bad weather, add up to ultimate creativity.

Travel schedules mean that it'll be three days before I see the results
of the pathetically small number of sheets I exposed today. I can only
hope that I got something that adds to the Pinhole Day vibe.

Lordy, the images I see online even now will give me months of
inspiration. Aiyee, life is better than good.

Ed
