Guillermo and Richard are completely right. But splurging for a new cake
tin is fun not only because the cakes (cookies, etc.) are so tasty but
also because the sheer variety of shapes, sizes, depths, etc is
inspiring. The options are enough to make your head spin. Here in the
states many people are getting ready for Thanksgiving which is a great
food holiday. I hope everyone has a good holiday season. Thanks, Thom

In the Boston area, the large oriental market is the
Super 88 chain.
But $5.00 is a lot to pay for a metal tin. It's more
fun to look through yard sales and Goodwill stores,
and have your friends who drink tea save the containers.
For couple of bucks more I can buy a tin full of butter cookies, eat them
(fast!) and "presto" you have your tin for pinholing. I buy mines at my
local ethnic Danish store, but I think that during this time of the year any
supermarket sells them.
