The print being sold is actually a single-copy paper-negative original.

The artist uses a room-size or container as a pinhole camera and projects
the image on large stirps (up to 56" wide) of photographic paper. The image
is processed as a normal sheet of photographic paper, yielding a negative
image on paper.

In the case of Vera Lutter, she has gained reputation as an international
visual artist with her work and can sell her work at high prices. This is
rather difficult to achieve for photographers in the world of visual arts.
But, once you've succeeded, things become easier...
