Hi Chuck,

I've been experimenting with "vinyl spray" (found at most hardware store)
that is used to repair/spray over worn furniture and other stuff that has
fake leather-like surface. Never used it to repair complete bellows
though - I just use a little to cover up the pinholes and small tears
that develop in the corners. If the outer layer of the bellows on your
Kodak is falling off (it is 70-80 years old), it's probably toast anyway
- try the vinyl spray and see if it works.

Your other alternative is to forgo the folding feature of your Kodak,
mount a shutter/pinhole directly on the body and make a super wide angle
PH camera.

Cool,
Dai.
