Odd film sizes

I have some questions about getting odd sizes of color film processed. I am
making numerous cameras from different sized boxes. And many of those boxes
won't take standard film sizes. I would need to cut the 4x5 or 120 or 35
film down to fit. Usually I work in b&w, so there is no problem with
processing, I can do it myself. But for my current work I want it to be
color. I am finding that any deviation from the norm confuses the
processing labs. I asked about cutting strips of 120 film and having that
processed and the guy at the lab said no one had ever asked him that. Not a
good sign.

So my question is: does anyone know of a good color processing lab in NYC
that can deal with this kind of thing, or even a person who hires themselves
out to process color film?

And also, are there any color negative sheet films that are smaller than
4x5? I have found 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 and 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 for b&w. But nothing for
color.

Thanks
Lisa
