Dear All,

Here is an update on the 2005 edition of Worldwide Pinhole Photography
Day (WPPD). It's just 40 days away according to the clock on the home
page at www.pinholeday.org. The big day will be April 24, 2005.

We've re-opened the events listings. If you were planning an event,
such as a workshop, exhibit, lecture, social gathering or having your
class participate in Pinhole Day, be sure to enter it in the WPPD
events listings. www.pinholeday.org/events. As last year, each
photo-making event (workshop, forum, classroom) will be given a group
ID. When you upload your photo for the online exhibit, please select
your group's ID from the dropdown list. When viewing the gallery, you
can create a virtual exhibit of your group's images. This is
especially fun for classrooms; the kids love it.

Many thanks to everyone who contributed to our fund raising request a
couple of months ago. We received enough to pay for our web hosting
through through the upcoming Pinhole Day. Further contributions will
help keep the site up longer, ensuring a super Pinhole Day 2006.

We're working on a fresh new look for the web site as well as
translating the site into new languages.

If you have questions or suggestions, there's

So, get those tiny aperture cameras made and tested. The global
pinhole celebration is drawing near.
