what has worked well for me is putting two exacto blades into a handling tool, exactly lined up. since the
blades are each made of a single piece of metal, sharpened on one side, the two sharpened edges together
have a very slight distance between them, and will cut parallel lines. you have to make the cut gently, or else
the pressure will affect the distance between the parallel lines... i've never measured these to see what kind
of aperature it was, but it's pretty small...
