Since most alternative processes are a contact printing process, I think
that trying just about any of them within a pinhole camera is going to be
futile. One possibility might be to coat watercolor paper with liquid
emulsion, which is considerably faster than any alternative process I know.
I am going in the opposite direction and am in the process of trying
anthotype, which requires several weeks of direct exposure outside. <g>
