Dear Guy, Yes, I can see Morrell's work has moved us all forward, It is
an incredible body of work.
I think the expression you used came from Sir Issac Newton when he said
"We stand on the shoulder's of Giants". I think it was when he accepted
the chair in physics at Cambridge University at about the age of 26. He
had already independently invented calculus to help solve some
mathmatical problems he had been working with. We photographers all
stand "on the shoulder's" of giants.
