Re: Maskell's missing half inch

I got it through interlibrary loan at the university where I work, and
I believe they got it from Indiana University, where it was done. I'm
not sure how public libraries deal with interlibrary loan of
dissertations, but almost all higher education institutions do this on
a regular basis. Many are only available on microfilm so I was a
little surprised when I got a bound copy.
