Maskell's missing half inch

The page in Alfred Maskell's Artistic Focus and Suppression of the Lens
with the missing half inch has been replaced.

I read Stanly Page's 1985 PhD dissertation "History of Pinhole
Photography and Its Application in Education" last night. His
bibliography runs to about 10 pages, at least have of that before 1923,
fair game for public domain posting. I don't think I'm that ambitious
and I might get a rebellion from the Interlibrary Loan department, but
there are a couple I might pursue, particularly one by George Davison,
another founding member of the Linked Ring,
