Subscribe/Unsubscribe form?

Hello Moderator,

     Was the form to subscribe/unsubscribe ever created? spitbite.org
says it's being developed, but it has said that for a long time now. A
friend wants to get in on the action but doesn't know how to subscribe.
     Also, are the archives available yet? I'm sure that would prevent a
lot of the redundant questions that seem to happen on every forum.
