I guess I'll try to keep up the renewed activity on the list.
In November, I'm going to do a workshop with regular Elementary
Education majors in their required Art Ed. course.
I have three groups of about 30. Each group has two two-hour sessions.
I'm interested in using empty film canister cameras because it's about
the easiest and cheapest way to get a light tight container without
painting or construction.
I have a couple questions. How do you drill a .3mm pinhole? I've
always used .5mm pinholes drilled with a number 10 needle and that
seems like a little big for such a small negative.
Also, how do you cut a hole in the canister to install the pinhole.
That plastic can be pretty tough and using a knife sounds dangerous.
Would an electric drill with a quarter inch bit work?
