I am kind of curious as to why choosing these particular dimensions. 7"x9" is not a direct paper or film size (other than being 1" larger all around the 5"x7" size). I personally find that 5"x7" is a nice format, but rarely use it. I use 4x5", 8x10", 11xx14" and even constructed a black foamcore 20x24" pinhole box. This particular model features several pinholes and shutters on the front panel to be able to shift the center of the image, correct for paralax or make multi-images on the same sheet of paper.
Once you build y7our first pinhole box, your imagaination will come up with an infinite number of variations. This gets you quickly into the 9 feet by 12 feet format...

Of course, if you don't want to build a variable length pinhole, you can turn to the first-class Zero 45 camera by Zero Image. Truly an absolute jewel.

If on the other hand, you are looking for sheet film of any size, speed, etc... try "J and C Photo Supplies - PhotImpex US" at
http://www.jandcphoto.com/
They hold sheet film up to 20x24" in stock...!
