Murray -
I gave up the smaller sizes quite some time back, as it did not return the results I was seeking. Perhaps those who have successfully gone the 35mm route could also explain what they were seeking to do. I shoot a fair amount of infrared and constantly hear people trying to minimize the grain where I seek to enhance it, so expectations play a large part in the success of one's operation.
Cheers -

Subject: [pinhole-discussion] darn small holes
My first pinhole 35mm camera conversion (which I have lost, somewhere in my<br>own home, believe ot or not!) with 250 micron (0.25 mm) precision laser hole<br>was disappointingly blurry to me at 4x6 enlargement - hence the quest for<br>larger format. Many have shared their positive experiences with small<br>format, so maybe it was just culture shock for me.<br><br>Thanks<br><br>Murray<br><br>_______________________________________________<br>Post to the list as PLAIN TEXT only - no HTML<br>pinhole-discussion mailing list<br>pinhole-discussion_at_spitbite.org<br>FAQ at http://spitbite.org/pinhole-discussion/list.html<br>
