I hear Jean Hanson being practical and recognizing facts of human nature,
regardless of how noble and honorable our esteemed members are.
Things just have a way of going in directions other than intended in complex
organizations.
It's really not a bad idea to evaluate how things work and add/change as
desired - it has echoes of some of the logic behind Quality Systems etc for
those of us who work in the Dilbert business world (my day job).
I'm sure it'll be fine. In addition to dog damage, remember someone's
comment on cat 'damage' actually working as a photo chemical.
