Camera Swap Survey

Please respond to the following questions.

1. The country you will be mailing your cameras from.
    USA

2. What film (or paper) formats are you comfortable working with.
    4x5 black and white

3. How much time do you think there should be between camera mailings.
    1 month

4. How long should the total swap take (3 months, 6 months a year).
    6 months to 1 year

5. What you would like as documentation for the swap ( a picture from each
user of your camera or make copies
of one picture to send to each camera maker in your group).
    A picture from each user of the camera seems like a good idea.

6. If we break into groups are you interested in being a group leader or are
you interested in being in
multiple groups.
    Would like to be in one group.

7. What other types of documentation would you like to see come out of this
and can you help in its
production.
    Web site; I also liked Nick's idea of an "on demand" book of some sort.

I appreciate the work you have put into this project.
