restaurant supply stores and restaurant auctions routinely have freezers and
refrigerators of a large size. These are called walk-ins and they come in a
variety of sizes. They can even be delivered to a property much like an
outdoor storage shed. Of course I wouldn't want to have to pay that electric
bill....

I have not tossed the idea of buying an apartment-sized refrigerator (I
would buy a small freezer of that size, if I knew where to get one).
