i have a similar camera. i left the shutter in, and put gaffer's tape
over the light meter so it will stay open. if i remember right, to get
the front lens off you pull up the face plate, which is a sticker...
there are screws under there... the bellows is a nice thing about these,
as you can change the focal length by just pushing it in or pulling it
out...
