I've done a couple pinHolga conversions using both the Holga's own shutter
mechanism and some homegrown varieties. The easiest way, which also gives a
wonderful wide angle, is to remove the Holga shutter and lens entirely.
Replace it with a piece of matboard to mount your pinhole to. Use a piece of
tape as a shutter.
