That frase definitely describes a zone plate and could very well be the
"official translation", but a google search with the argument "réseau zôné
de Fresnel" or "reseau zone de Fresnel" turns out no results. There are
things that are understood better if they are not translated, this is
one -perhaps, only perhaps- another is "pinhole".
