Pinhole Photon Sieve

Wow! Really like the effects that the pinhole photon
sieve gives. I'd like to make one. Is there any
specs or info out there on making the plate? I
realize I could use trial/error method, but if there's
any info that takes the guess work out of it, that
would be better. Have a very merry creative
Christmas.
