Hello everyone,
I have a new photo I would like to share with you.
Let me share a little history with you. I have been working with pinhole
cameras for about two months
and if you look at some of my first pictures you will see how bad they were.

This is my new photo with a hand made 5x4 camera, well actually it is a
proof. My dark room light is broke.

I used Tmax 400 and this exposure was 2min and 30 seconds.
I built the camera out of black foam board, black electrical tape and a beer
can to poke the pinhole through.
I'm now using a 4x5 camera back instead of paper negatives.
I have a couple of questions.
Do they make a negative that you can use with a safelight? I thought I
heard someone talking about it.
I'm using Sprint chemicals and they say you should not have a problem with
the fumes from the fixer, but I'm very sensitive to
them. To solve this problem, I'm using plastic sandwich trays that have the
lids on top. This cuts down on the fumes but I would like
to find something that really works for me. I wish that I could increase
the ventilation but I live in a townhouse.
Also, do they make environmental friendly developer and fixer? Can you
just pour it down the drain?
Thanks.
Travis.
