Yes, pack film works in a pack film adapter. The question was about
film pack adapters. The order that the two words appear in the name is
very significant. There are large numbers of film pack adapters that
show up with press and view cameras (and they show up separately on eBay
quite often) for which film simply isn't available. Polaroid does make
a "Type 400 Pack Film Holder" that takes the 600 series pack films that
are still being made. These are not nearly as common as the useless
film pack adapters.
