  to question 1: all acid-free Papers should work well (Henry Fox Talbot in UK have used normal writing-paper), but for me is aquarell-Paper fabriano artistico the best. Whatham in UK has also very good aqarell-paper, but not in the shop in germany.
  to question 2: yes you can print from paper-negs, no problem.
