I think everyone should try cyanotype :)
I agree that 4x5 can be a little small, but I've still made plenty of 4x5
contact prints.
If you want to try a printing out paper try Centennial Printing Out Paper
from Chicago Albumen works

If you want to try cyanotype the chemistry can be bought from a number of
suppliers.
Photographers formulary carry many kits including cyanotype

Artcraft chemicals have good prices, but don't package things as kits,
though they will custom make a kit if you provide a formula

Be carefull though, if you do cyanotype you'll soon want to try
salted-paper, albumen, gum-bichrmate etc... :)
