You could use length of black background paper the width of your tubes
circumference that you would roll up and stick in your tube and then let
unroll. Or perhaps think of an old ramrod like what was used on a cannon.
Wad some cloth around a long stick and slop paint on that way. Are you
using a plastic pipe for this camera? In some area's (not mine) you can
purchase ABS pipe which is black already. Good luck and maybe a hole
punch would give you a cleaner hole then a nail.
