What do you mean by three hole camera. I've made two hole stereo
cameras and a none hole multiple exposure 4x5 but I don't know of any
three hole, comercially availavle cameras.

Chris Patton has nice directions on making your own 4x5 cameras out of
black foam core on his page at
http://www.stanford.edu/~cpatton/pinhole.html you could easily adapt
these to have three holes if you wanted to.
