From Photographic Facts & Formulas, On exposures using the full moon as the only light
source:

A basis for trial might be 5 minutes for an open landscape, at f 8 with an emulsion of ASA
32. The half full moon gives only a 10th as much light as the full moon.

It also mentions that the moon will move during an exposure - it moves a distance of it own
diameter every two minutes
