Absolutely - go to your local Wal-mart and in the house paint section they have long rolls of black plastic for about $5. I forget the name but it is a thick substance. Anyway, cover all light entry points with this material and tape it around the window perimeter either to the sill or the wall surrounding the window. When you turn out the window lights you will know where any light is entering, so tape as needed. Pick your window where you want to have the pinhole and cut a hole about the size of a penny in the plastic, and voila! a pinhole room.
