I am in the process of doing a pinhole study of the Old South. I am
interested in taking photos of Civil War re-enactors. I will be shooting in
open sun or shade. I would perfer the images to be rather sharp, faces are
what I am concerned about with my exposure time being 45 seconds on an
average. The main camera I use has a focal length of 106.68 mm, a 432 mm
pinhole, and I use 4x5 ilford mgIV. The other cameras I use are all
oatmeal boxes. Will build a suitable camera if a different focal length
would be better. I am just beginning in pinhole photography and not ready to
move up to film.
