yoga breathing, equivalent exposures

400 asa = 1 namaste

200 asa = 1 namaste, 2 namaste

100 asa = 1 namaste, 2 namaste, 3 namaste, 4 namaste

50 asa = 1 namaste, ..., 8 namaste = 1 ocean breath

25 asa = 2 ocean breaths

12 asa = 4 ocean breaths

6 asa = 8 ocean breaths (this is the beginning of the range
for paper negatives)
