Okay, you've got my attention! All I could find about coffee as a developer
was here:

Anybody have any other links/sources/experiences to share? I would *love*
to be able to shoot pinhole on paper and then develop in coffee--I don't
have any paper at the moment or you can be sure I'd be trying it now...
