Hi:

I've used LC-1 its great The address is
http://members.aol.com/fotodave/Articles/LC-1.html

The formula is:

Soemarko LC-1: Stock A
 water 750 ml
 metol 3.0 gr.
 sodium sulfite 60.0 gr
 hydroquinone 3.0 gr
cold water to make 1.0 liter

      Soemarko LC-1: Stock B
 sodium bisulfite 10.0 gr
 water to make 1.0 liter

use a standard dilution of 2:3:5 (stock A : stock B : water) and developed
for 5 to 7 minutes at 75F. Agitate continously and vigorously.

This works very well for making continuous tone negatives with ortho film,
however it is intended for making enlarged copy negatives and gives the
ortho film an ASA of only 1. This makes some exposures a tad long.

The contrast of the developer is controlled by the B solution. The higher
the concentration of solution B the lower contrast the developer.

Similar results can be gained by adding a couple of tablespoons of baking
powder to dektol. The baking powder lowers the pH of the developer in a
similar manner as Solution B of LC-1 - but it ends up making your
developer white and mucky. Must wash film well.
