I learned from someone on this very list about the Radio Shack Talking
Timer, ($14.95) which is great for darkroom work. You can set it to talk
or not talk, and you can also set it to count up or count down. On voice
mode, it tells you at each minute how many minutes are left, and the
last minute it counts every ten seconds, and then counts down the last
ten seconds ten, nine eight.... I don't know how I lived without it.
