I did a little bit of research on Google for you and here are a few references
that do "intellectual property" law cases and that may be of interest (no
guarantee, whatsoever).
1. Clifford Miller (single lawyer)
Has over fourteen year's international and leading City law firm business law
experience (including Simmons & Simmons, Stephenson Harwood). Author, law
journal editor, international lecturer. Bsc Hon (Physics), ARCS, includes
electronics and communications. Successful European Court competition
(anti-trust) law appeals, EC Commission competition (anti-trust) investigations,

specialise in Intellectual Property in London, England. However, it's very hard
