Leezy - in can be found in any paint or building supply store. It comes in a spray can. Funny thing but it is hard to find this time of year as it is very popular. Parents buy it to spray on a wall or board and that makes it acceptable for chalk - hence the name. During the holidays it goes quick. I was just at Lowe's this evening and they were completely out. The had hundreds of colors and textures and just this one row of paint was empty. :-))
