They go for very little money (if you don't get in a bidding frency, with another eBater!), so buy 3, make a pinhole and a Zoneplate camera and use the 4rd "as it is". Results with this or any other converted (or not) camera do not depend on the camera itself.

I was on e-bay for hours looking there are many of these types of camera's I am not sure whether I should try to convert it or use it as it is and see what takes place. Have you tried this as a pinhole, if so how did you feel with your results?
