The film itself is the same height for all sizes.

120 film will hold 12 6x6 cm shots. It is entirely covered with a
paper backing.

220 film holds 20+ (can't remember exactly) 6x6cm shots. The
paper backing is only at the beginning and end, so it cannot be
used in non-totally-light-tight cameras (i.e. the Holga)

620 is no longer made; the difference is only in the spools,
however, so if you can get hold of some 620 spools (or modify
some 120s) you can just roll 120 film onto it. A good guide to doing
