I saw the same 18% solution ratio in an article in a back issue of View
Camera magazine...but a couple of people on list have told me to use Perma
Wash instead, as Sodium Sulfite " tends to be grainy ". As I understand it
correctly, the Type 55 P/N must be fixed, then run/agtitated through a
PermaWash solution( working strength of 3 oz PermaWash to a gallon of water),
re-washed , then dried before usable for printing , I hope I am not being
denser than my negatives :-)
