  I don't know her or the other names you mention - but I found Justin
Quinnell's pictures very interesting: http://www.jquinnell.fsnet.co.uk/
He "only" puts a camera in his mouth, but the images are pretty cool.
He also has some other nice stuff, like an image that was taken with a
pinhole camera that he fixed to a boomerang ...
