As a pinhole doesn't have an "inherent" focal length, you can shoot a 2:1
macro with any extension and hole you want. Pricipally.
With a 300 mm focal length, you have to put your object 150 mm in front of
your pinhole. Quite simple math. But you have to take into consideration, that
the "minimum pixel size" determined by the pinhole diameter is twice the
pinhole diameter in this setup (not the diameter itself as is calculated usually
when looking for optimum pinhole size), so you have to choose smaller
pinholes for closeups than you would in long distance pinholing, if you are looking
for sharpness. (getting sharp closeup pinhole photos is a contradiction in
itself ;-) ).
