changes to the "upload" gallery

I've added thumbnail images to the list's "upload" gallery at:

        http://www.pinholevisions.org/discussion/upload/

Images are in 2 galleries, one for year 2000 and one for the current
year. Thumbnail images are created for new uploads when the page is
viewed. Its a new program, so there may be a few glitches until it is
ironed out. I hope to eventually list images by the most recent first.
